Parents,

This is very important.  If you are attending the Mock meet on May 23rd, which is our first meet of the year, we need you to RSVP your swimmers so we know who to enter in races.

Going forward you will be required to RSVP your kid(s) for every meet they will participate.  The deadline to RSVP is one week prior to that meet date.  If you do not RSVP by this deadline, then your child will not be entered into any races.  Our suggestion is to go in an RSVP for all meets now so you don't have to worry about the deadline.

 

HOW TO RSVP YOUR SWIMMER FOR MEETS

Step 1) Go to the team home page and click on “Swim Meets”

Step 2) For each Meet you will see two silver icons to the right.  Click on the    icon for the meet you would like to RSVP for.

Step 3) A new screen will pop up.  Find the Attendance line and click “YES” or “NO”

Step 4) Please also find your swimmer’s name(s) and click “YES” or “NO”

Step 5) Click “Save”

Step 6) You are done for that meet.  Now please go in and RSVP for all meets for the season.  If you do not RSVP atleast one week in advance, your swimmer may not be allowed to swim in the meet.
