Parents,

We have are first official meet this Saturday against the Plantation Club Porpoises. Below is the schedule along with some other key information:

Schedule

6:15-6:30am - Check in for Races (Set up your tents in the open field)

6:45-7:15am - Durbin Crossing Swimmers Warm ups

7:15-7:45am - Porpoises Warm Ups

7:30-7:50am - Volunteer Meetings (Listen for announcements)

8:00am - Meet Starts

 

Meet Set Up

If you are schedule to volunteer for meet set up on Friday we will meet at the pool at 7:45pm and begin setting up when the pool closes at 8pm. It shouldn't take us more than an hour. The morning set up crew please be there by 6:00am to help complete the set up before everyone shows up.

Volunteers

Please make sure you check in with your swimmers in the morning and please make sure you are at you posts on time. We will make plenty of announcements so you will know when to change shifts.

Parking for the Meet

Please do not park along the front row of the amenity center parking lot by the basketball courts.  Best place to park is along the street next to the field.  Anywhere else is free game.  We encourage you to carpool or walk if you can since parking is so limited.  Please do not enter the amenity center through the front gate.  Everything will happen in the open field behind the pool so you can go in and out of that back gate.

We should have heat sheets to you by tomorrow night.  Let's have some fun and encourage our swimmers to beat their best times!
