Parents,

Attached are the entry report and heat sheets for Saturday. Please review and respond to this email if you see anything wrong with the heat sheets.  If you are in a relay please understand that you have three other swimmers relying on you to show up!

Team Pictures

We will be taking a team picture at 6:40am before warm ups on Saturday. Thus please be there no later than 6:30.  After you check in please send your kids to the stairs on the pool deck by the front entrance.  

Champs RSVP

The last day to RSVP for Champs is Saturday.  A lot of you have not RSVPd for Champs yet.  The league will not allow us to enter your kid after Saturday just because you forgot.  We will be sending out a second email to everybody who has not RSVPd.  If you receive the second email, it is your responsibility to take care of this.

Meet Set Up

If you are helping Friday night with set up for the meet please be at the pool by 7:50.  The pool closes at 8pm which is when we will be able to set up.  If you are on the set up crew in the Morning please be at the pool by 6:30am
