Parents,

This email will contain all of the information you need for the Champs meet this weekend.  Attached are:

• Parent letter from the league which gives you all of the pertinent information you need logistically
• Heat Sheets for both Friday and Saturday
• Entry Lists for both Friday and Saturday

 

FRIDAY WEATHER CONTINGENCY

It looks like rain is in the forecast for Friday.  Should we get rained out on Friday all of the Friday swimmers would swim Saturday morning. Let's hope this doesn't happen!

ARRIVAL TIMES

Friday Swimmers: Check in at 4:45pm/Warm ups begin at 5pm

​Saturday Swimmers: Check in at 6:45am/Warm ups begin at 7am

​VOLUNTEERS

All volunteers are asked to wear a plane white polo shirt

PARKING

You must have a parking pass to park in the lot next to the pool.  Only Coaches, Board Members, and Volunteers can get a parking pass.  There will be parking attendants directing you where to park.

TENTS

Team tents are provided so DO NOT bring your own pop up tent.  You will not be allowed to set it up.  The only thing you need to bring are chairs.  See the map layout of tent city in the parent letter from the league.  Our tents are labled DCD

END OF THE YEAR BANQUET/PARTY

We will host our end of the year banquet on Monday night July 20th from 5-7pm at our pool.  This will be catered so bring your appetite and we will hand out medals and champs ribbons to the kids.  We are allowed to swim at this party!!
