Parents,

We'd like to thank you all for another great season. We had a great Champs meet as a team with a lot of swimmers setting new personal bests in times.

The results for Champs are attached.  We will have a final team records report for you tomorrow at the end of the year party.

As for tomorrow, the party will be from 5-7pm at the south amenity center.  The pool will be open only for our swim team so the kids can swim.  You will need to bring chairs and possibly a pop up tent if you want to set up on the pool deck.  We will hand out Champs ribbons, Champs medals, and Team Medals tomorrow for all of our kids.  

Weather contingency plan for the party: We are currently working on securing a facility to move the party to should it rain tomorrow.  We will communicate any changes with you throughout the day tomorrow.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR EMAIL TOMORROW AROUND 3 OR 4PM TO GET ANY LAST MINUTE COMMUNICATION REGARDING THE WEATHER.
