Parents,

We hope everyone is enjoying the fall season.  We know it is not swim season but we have a favor to ask of all you parents.

On Saturday, you all should have received an email from Leah Tincher who is the manager up at the amenity center.  This email is a survey being conducted by our CDD here at Durbin Crossing.  The survey is only one question asking if you as a resident would like to see the CDD spend money to build lights at the south pool so that pool hours can be extended into the evening during peak season. This expenditure will cost approximately $48,000-$50,000.  It is important to know that this will not affect your current CDD.fees.

We are asking that all of you take 30 seconds to complete the survey.  If you did not receive the email please contact the amenity center tomorrow and ask to be put on the list.  We are not here to tell you how to vote but for obvious reason having lighting at the pool would greatly benefit the swim team and pool access. Thus, your support and a vote in favor of lights would be greatly appreciated. 

The CDD has indicated that they would like to get this done over the winter and they are ready to pull the trigger on this project based on the feedback they receive from this survey so it is important that they get a large response.
