The swim season is only two weeks away so we want to share some important information and dates. See below
EVALUATION DATE AND TIMES – April 27th and 28th
For those of you that are new to the Dolphin family we do require that your children go through an initial evaluation. The dates and times for these evaluations are broken down by last name. Please see the assigned times below. Again this is only for new swimmers!
Weds, April 27th
Last Name A – D (3:30-4:00)
Last Name E – G (4:00 – 4:30)
Last Name H – L (4:30-5:00)
Thurs, April 28th
Last Name M-P (3:30-4:00)
Last Name Q-T (4:00-4:30)
Last Name U-Z (4:30-5:00)
**** If you cannot make your time slot please come to a time that works for you. This is designed to avoid a backlog of swimmers waiting to get evaluated.
FIRST OFFICIAL PRACTICE (April 30th)
The first official day of practice for all swimmers is Saturday April 30th. Practice times and practice groups are attached in this email
PARENT MEETING (April 30th)
During that first day of practice on April 30th, we will hold mandatory parent meetings during your child’s practice session. For example if your child practices from 7:15-8:15am then your parent meeting will be during that time in the social hall. So we will be having three separate parent meetings.
If you cannot make the parent meeting on April 30th, we will host a parent meeting on Monday 2nd at 5:00pm. Again we need at least one parent to attend a parent meeting.
