MOCK MEET - HEAT SHEETS / INFO

    Parents,

This is a very important email so please read.  Attached in this email are four documents that you will need for Monday night's Mock Meet:

    1) Mock Meet - Entry List

    2) Mock Meet - Heat Sheet

    3) How to read a heat sheet

    4) What to write on your swimmer

The first thing you do is open the Mock Meet Entry List.  Find your child's name (listed in alphabetical order).  This report will tell you what "Event #s" your child is swimming.  It will also tell you what heat and what lane your child is in. If you see any discrepancies please email [email protected] immediately.  For all parents of 6 & Unders, we will be asking some of the kids to race with a kick board so don't freak out if they aren't ready yet.  We still want them to get the feel for a race so we'll let them use kick boards.

Next, open the Mock Meet Heat Sheet.  Go and find the events your child is in and highlight those races with a highlighter.  If you've never seen a heat sheet before please reference the "How to Read a Heat Sheet" document.

    WHAT HAPPENS MONDAY?

4:40pm to 5:00pm - 1. Arrive to pool on time, 2. check in swimmer at check in table, and 3. set up tents in the field (Follow the "What to write on your swimmer" document to write on your swimmer's shoulder.  Use a black sharpie. If you are unsure what to write then ask the check in table and they will show you.)

5:15pm to 5:45pm - Swimmers will warm up

    6:00pm - Meet will begin
