Parents,

Attached are the Heat Sheets and Entry Report for this Saturday's meet.  It is extremely important that you look at this today and get back to me if you see something that does not look right. Please don't wait until Friday night at 10pm to look at this and email me with changes. We will combine certain races.  These are boxed in with a red outline. 

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT IF YOUR CHILD IS ENTERED INTO A RELAY THAT YOU SHOW UP ON TIME AND BE RELIABLE.  IF YOU NO SHOW YOU ARE HURTING THE OTHER THREE SWIMMERS ON YOUR RELAY.  IF THIS HAPPENS YOUR CHILD WILL NO LONGER BE ENTERED IN RELAYS.  PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE OTHER CHILDREN/FAMILIES THAT ARE ON YOUR RELAY TEAM.

Saturday Timeline:

6:15am - 6:30am - Swimmer and Volunteer Check in

6:45am-7:15am - Swimmer warm up

7:30am-7:40am - Stroke & Turn Judge/Ready Bench/Clerk of Course volunteer meeting

7:40am-7:50am - Lane Timer Volunteer Meeting

8:00am - Meet Starts!

 

I have attached a map layout of the pool set up for the meet.  Remember when you arrive at the pool go directly to the field and set up in "tent city."  We will also be placing temporary tattoos on the kids at check in to show our respect to a couple of gentlemen we've lost in the last six months (Hank Langenfelder and Shawn Delifus)

Volunteers - Volunteer jobs are finalized for the meet saturday.  Please do not email me at midnight telling me you will not be able to fulfill your job.  Sorry for the boldness here but this creates a lot of problems saturday morning as we try to get the meet ready to start.  Here are some announcements about certain volunteer jobs:

Meet Set up - Meet at pool at 9pm on Friday night

Parking lot attendant - Be at pool at 6:15am

Volunteer Check in - Be at pool no later than 6:15am
