Parents,

Attached are the Heat Sheets and Entry List for tomorrow's meet.  We do have some changes that are different than what you will see on heat sheets.  Here are those changes:

- Peyton Hendricks will replace Emily Anderson in Event #67 as swimmer number three in the relay team

- Kiliegh Cygan: Remove from Event #53.  Enter into Event #65, Lane #1, Swimmer 4.

Attached is the parking map...as residents we know where we can and can't park so the parking lot is reserved for our guests to park, space is limited so it's recommended to car pool if you can. :)  We will also have a parking attendant on site.

We will have a parent run concession stand in the breezeway for breakfast items, coffee, and pizza will be delivered around 10:30/11:00.  If by chance your swimmers break their goggles we do have a limited supply available for sale.

We have a tent city on the grassy area behind the pool that we ask our visiting team to share with us as our Team Areas.  This is also the location of our clerk of course/ready bench. The pool deck is reserved for spectators and no tents etc will be allowed to be set up on pool deck.  Our playground and SplashPad will be closed during the meet.  These areas are off limits to our swimmers and we ask that yours respect this rule as well.

Your warm-up will begin promptly at 7:20 and you have until 7:50 when you will be asked to exit the pool and start lining up swimmers for 1st six events.

7:45 am your 1st half & 2nd half timers and judges will be asked to attend the Starters/HMO Meeting on the pool deck at Starters table. 

Meet will start at 8:00 AM.
