Parents,

Please see the attached order form for those of you that want to order Champs t-shirt for yourself or your children.  There are two types of shirts available: 1) 100% cotton and 2) Competitor Shirt which is similar to the material of our team shirts that the kids wear. Competitor shirts do run large so please keep this in mind when ordering.

The deadline to get this order form in along with your check is June 30th. Order forms and money must be turned into Terry Davis.

They will have very limited quantities to buy at champs so if you want a champs shirt now is the time to get it!
