Parents,

Attached are the Entry List, Heat Sheet, and Welcome Letter for the Palencia meet tomorrow.  Please make sure you read the welcome letter as it has very important information about parking.  Parking at Palencia is very tight so if you can carpool that would be recommended.

Lastly, I goofed and only staffed the volunteers for a 6 lane pool.  Palencia is an 8 lane pool so I need  4-6more lane timers (2-3 for each half).  The good news is that this will be the shortest meet of the year so if you can help out with lane timing we would greatly appreciate it. Just reply to this email if you can help out.

6:45 to 7:00am  - Swimmer and Volunteer Check in

7:15 to 7:45am - Swimmer Warm Ups

7:30am - Volunteer (Lane timer/Stroke & Turn/Ready Bench) Mtg
