We have two announcements to share with you as we start to focus our attention on the 2017 swim season:

First, we'd like to announce the Board of Directors for the upcoming 2017 season:

10&Up Member at Large/Parent Liaison - Beth Williby

In addition to the newly elected Board, we have some committee heads to announce:

Spirit Wear/Suits - Leonie Halstead

Swim Meet Coordinator - Dave Halstead

 

SWIM SUIT DONATIONS

Secondly, as we wrap up the final details of this swim season and begin planning next year's season we would like you to consider donating any DC Dolphin swimsuits that no longer fit your swimmer. In March, when we host our annual swim suit fitting we hope to also include a fundraising table of previously worn suits offered at a discounted rate. The proceeds from this fundraising event will help fund events like Popsicle Day, watermelon relays, and of course the annual banquet.

If you are willing to donate your suit please drop if off at Dawn Beeson's house at 209 W Berkswell Dr. A box will be left on the doorstep the week of August 15th to collect the suits. If you are unable to drop off during that week please contact her at [email protected] to arrange a drop off time.
