We hope everyone's spring break was a blast.  This email will be the first of many emails you receive regarding the swim team.  There is some very important information regarding this Sunday that is in this email so please do not ignore (Action is Needed)!

SUIT FITTINGS

Reminder that if you ordered a new suit please come up to the North amenity center this Sunday between 2pm - 5pm to get sized properly.  This will be your only opportunity to get sized for a suit. If you cannot make those times please contact Meredith Connell at [email protected] to arrange a time.  

PAYMENT DEADLINE

If you have not paid online and want to pay in person, we will be accepting payments at the suit fittings on Sunday between 2pm-5pm at  the North Amenity Center. The deadline for registration payments is March 31st. If you cannot attend and need to arrange payments please contact Dawn Beeson at: [email protected]

FORMS - (Action Needed)

Attached to this email are 3 forms. Before your swimmer can begin practice we need the following forms to be signed by parents and returned to us before first practice.  We ask that you print these forms and bring these to the suit fitting on Sunday as well.  

SUIT DONATIONS

If you have old Dolphin team suit that does not fit we are asking that you donate it back to the team.  We will then offer them to swimmers at a discounted price so that we can all help each other out for years to come.  We will have a drop off bin at the South amenity center in the office.  Please stop by this week and drop those off so that we can have them ready for the Sunday suit fittings

WAITLIST UPDATE

We excited to announce that all swimmers who were on a waitlist will be on the team.  We had 40 kids sign up in the 6 & under group which is phenomenal! Thus, We did create two practice groups for the 6 & unders to allow all kids to register. If you were on a waitlist please proceed and complete your registration by submitting payment.  If you have questions on this contact Terry Davis at [email protected]

SPIRIT WEAR

The Spirit Wear store is open so if you want to order your Dolphin gear now is the time to do it. The Spirit store will only be open until March 31st and we will only be doing one order this year so please don't wait.  Click on the link to order:www.shopspiritwear.com.
