Parents,

We will have the heat sheets for tomorrow's meet to you by this afternoon so be on the look out for that later today.  

Here is the information and timeline for tomorrow morning:

NOCATEE POOL ADDRESS

245 Nocatee Center Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32081

It is the lap pool on the opposite side of the parking lot as the splash park.

 

TIMELINE EXPECTATIONS

Swimmer and Volunteer Check in time - 6:45 to 7:00am  (Look for the check in table)

Swimmer Warm up time - 7:15 to 7:45am

Meet Start time - 8:00am

 

​REMINDERS

• Swimmers are expected to wear team suits (or all black) and team caps
• If you cannot make the meet please let Terry Davis know asap so he can scratch you from the meet ([email protected])
• If you are in a relay, you're team is relying on you to show up.  If you see that you are in a relay and cannot be there then please email Terry Davis ASAP at [email protected]
• Volunteers please be on time for your volunteer job.  Please listen for announcements when your meetings are taking place prior to the meet starting.
• We are still in need of one stroke and turn official for the second half.  If you can help with this please email Elissa Karl at [email protected]
• Nocatee will have a concession stand but make sure your swimmers have plenty of water and sunscreen.
• It might rain tomorrow so come prepared.  The meet will continue in the rain unless their is lightning/thunder or if we cannot see the bottom of the pool because of how hard it is raining.  Many times we will have a 20 minute delay to let a storm blow over.  Thus, please listen to the announcements and don't leave unless you know for sure the meet has been cancelled.
