Hard to believe that our last regular season meet is tomorrow at South Hampton! Please review this email as well as the attached information from their team for important information!

Pool Location & Parking: The pool address is 140 S. Hampton Club Way. They reserve the parking lot for their visiting team (that's us!) so check the parking lot for parking first before going to the alternatives shown on the map attached. As always, please respect their parking signs and marshalls.

Attached to this email you will find:

• Heat Sheet - Please print a copy of this to bring with you to the meet. If your swimmer is impacted by an event/heat change after this point, you will hear from Meredith Connell or your coach.
• Entry List - Please review the entries for your swimmer(s) ASAP and reply to this email if there are any concerns, questions, or issues with them! Do not wait until Saturday morning!!! Should your swimmer have a last-minute emergency situation arise and not be able to make the meet, please text Meredith at 904-762-8339.
• Visiting Team Information - Parking, concessions, tent city information, etc.

The timeline for the morning is:

Swimmer and Volunteer Check-in: 6:45 to 7:00 am

Warm-Ups: 7:20 to 7:50 am

Meet Starts: 8:00 am

Tent City: Please see the map in the attached meet letter for locations for setting up your tent and chairs.

Concessions: They will have concessions available for sale. Cash only. Please bring plenty of water and drinks & snacks to keep your swimmers hydrated and fueled.

Ready Bench: As you have experienced throughout the season, every team runs ready bench a little bit different. Historically, South Hampton runs a very efficient ready bench with very little announcing in tent city. They typically have not made announcements for missing swimmers from ready bench. Swimmers and parents will need to pay extra close attention to the announcements. We will have junior coaches assisting to help ensure swimmers do not miss races.

Champs RSVP: If you have not RSVPd for Champs, PLEASE DO IT NOW!!! As soon as results are finalized from this meet, coaches will be working on Champs entries that are due on Monday by noon so we need to know who will be at Champs!

Remember to wear your team shirts, suits and swim caps on Saturday morning to show your Dolphin spirit!
