Good morning parents!
Our away meet against the Heritage Landing Hammerheads is coming up tomorrow! Please review this email as well as the attached letter from their team for important information!

Pool Location & Parking: The pool address is 370 Heritage Landing Parkway St. Augustine, FL 32092. Similar to our neighborhood, parking is a challenge. Please respect their parking signs and marshalls and park only in designated parking areas that are detailed in the letter attached to this email! We want to be good guests!

Attached to this email you will find two documents:

• Heat Sheet - You will want to print a copy of this to bring with you to the meet. There may be changes before Saturday, but unless it impacts your swimmer, this version will work for you. If your swimmer is impacted by an event/heat change, you will hear from Meredith Connell or your coach.
• Entry List - Please review the entries for your swimmer(s) ASAP and reply to this email if there are any concerns, questions, or issues with them! Do not wait until Saturday morning!!! You might want to print the page with your swimmer(s) on it as this information makes marking your swimmers much easier. Should your swimmer have a last minute situation arise and not be able to make the meet, please text Meredith at 904-762-8339.

The timeline for the morning is:

Swimmer and Volunteer Check-in: 6:45 to 7:00 am

Warm-Ups: 7:20 to 7:50 am

Meet Starts: 8:00 am

Tent City: Tent city is located in a grassy area near a fire pit. Historically, this has been a very buggy area when we have had meets at this pool so I would strongly recommend bug spray. As with our pool, tents & chairs are not permitted on deck.

Concessions: They will have two food trucks on site: Late Risers & Kona Ice. Please bring plenty of water and drinks & snacks to keep your swimmers hydrated and fueled.

Remember to wear your team shirts, suits and swim caps on Saturday morning to show your Dolphin spirit!
