Hi parents!

It's time for our first away meet of the season. We will be swimming at Nocatee against the Nocatee Blue Tide!

The address for the pool is 245 Nocatee Center Way, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. We have been asked to park in the new parking lot at the scoreboard end of the pool.

Tent city will be located in the grassy field along the side of the pool. As with our pool, tents and chairs are NOT permitted on their pool deck.

There will be a food truck and a shaved ice truck on site for concessions so please plan accordingly. As you are all well aware, it has been brutally hot this week and it is expected to be the same for the meet tomorrow. Please bring plenty of water and fluids to keep your swimmers and yourselves hydrated!

Attached to this email you will find two documents:

• Heat Sheet - You will want to print a copy of this to bring with you to the meet. There may be changes before Saturday, but unless it impacts your swimmer, this version will work for you. If your swimmer is impacted by an event/heat change, you will hear from Meredith Connell or your coach.
• Entry List - Please review the entries for your swimmer(s) ASAP and reply to this email if there are any concerns, questions, or issues with them! Do not wait until Saturday morning!!! You might want to print the page with your swimmer(s) on it as this information makes marking your swimmers much easier. Should your swimmer have a last minute situation arise and not be able to make the meet, please text Meredith at 904-762-8339.

The timeline for the morning is:

Swimmer and Volunteer Check in: 6:45 to 7:00 am (The check in table will be located in the field near the clerk of course/ready bench tents.Please make sure you check your swimmer in upon arrival!)

Warm Ups: 7:20 to 7:50 am

Meet Starts: 8:00 am
