Hello parents!

Thank you all for an amazing Mock Meet on Monday evening! The weather cooperated, the swimmers all looked great and we hope you all are feeling much more comfortable with the flow of a swim meet in advance of our season opener on Saturday!

Attached you will find the results for the Mock Meet. The league scoring policy dictates that only the top 3 athletes from each team in each event score. The small "x" next to athletes means that they did not score in the event. That doesn't mean that they didn't have an amazing swim...they did!

Ribbon Boxes

Each week swimmers will earn ribbons based on their order of finish in each event, as well as if they swam a PR (Personal Record). This week we will not have PR ribbons, just place ribbons. Whenever you see the boxes on deck, make sure your swimmer checks their folder!

Parent Donations

With our first meet coming up this Saturday, May 18, we are in need of more of our parents to fulfill their donations of water and Gatorade! You can bring these items to any practice and give it to a board member. Please bring these items to practice on Thursday if at all possible so we can stock our volunteer water, as well as our concession stand beverages.

• A - D: Bag of Tootsie Pops (Can be regular size or mini. WalMart currently has a bag of 300 minis in the candy aisle for $7!)
• E - K: Box or Bag of Ice Pops (Please bring unfrozen. We will freeze as needed for Monday Popsicle Practices)
• L - R: Case of Gatorade (variety flavor pack)
• S - W: Case of Water

Spirit Wear - LAST CHANCE TO ORDER

If you have not picked up your suits and spirit wear at Williams Athletics, it is ready for pick up now! If you have not ordered spirit wear and would like to do that, the spirit wear store is reopened for this week ONLY! After this Sunday, May 19, there will be no more opportunities to order items! Please take a moment and place your order now! If we don't reach our minimum of 12 items, we will not be able to place the second order!

May 18 Swim Meet vs Bartram

You can look for the heat sheets and meet information for this Saturday's meet to come out on Friday! Stay tuned. If you have not RSVPd for the meet, please do it now! No RSVPs will be accepted after Wednesday at 5 pm.

Lost & Found

We are already having many items misplaced and items picked up by different swimmers than their owners. Please make sure your swimmers are double-checking their fins, goggles, water bottles, etc to ensure they don't take someone else's items. Specifically, if your swimmer picked up some fins in the 9/10 age group with the initials AM, please let me know! We will have a lost and found bin on deck for missing items.
