Good Evening-

I hope everyone is excited about the CHAMPS meet this weekend.  This meet is always a lot of fun for our swimmers!

Please review your CHAMPS volunteer assignment.  All times are approximate.  Each shift will be an equal number of events but we will not know approximate times until we see how many swimmers will be in each event.  

If you are volunteering at a check in table, you will need to be at your post at 6:30 AM.  Everyone else please plan on being checked in by 7:00AM.    Meetings will be at 7:30.  The ready bench will start seating kids between 7:30 and 7:45 and the meet will start at 8:00.

If you are a Timer or a Ready Bench volunteer please wear a team shirt or hat so your replacement can easily find you.   If you are a Stroke and Turn Judge or HMO, please wear a white shirt and neutral colored pants.  

Please listen for shift changes and be on time to relieve your counterparts.   It is a long and hot day and we want everyone to remain hydrated and have the opportunity to rest after their shifts.    

Working together we can make this a fantastic day for our kids and coaches!
