Hi Parents!
Hard to believe that today was our last regular season meet! It is also hard to believe that today was the Fighting Turtles first home meet of the season! It was a great event and they did an amazing job! More great swimming today and we can't wait to see our Dolphins compete at Champs next weekend! (You will note that the cumulative scores do not make sense at the end of the report. That is a computer issue only and does not impact your individual swimmer results.)

Speaking of Champs...because of the seeding process for Champs we have a very tight turnaround to address any issues on today's meet. Please look at the results ASAP and respond to this email immediately if you have any questions.

RSVP for Champs: If you have not entered your swimmer in Champs, please do that RIGHT NOW. The deadline for Champs RSVPs is tonight, Saturday, July 7 @ midnight. Tomorrow is too late. Unlike other meets where seeding is done the day or two prior, seeding for Champs is done the Monday before the meet and no late entries are permitted. If your swimmer has not positively responded on the web site to participate in Champs by midnight tonight, he or she will not be entered in the meet.

Volunteering for Champs: If your swimmers are participating in Champs, we are requesting that you volunteer for one shift during the event. There are plenty of opportunities to help! Please check the list of available options on the meet page and sign up today.

Splash Out Hunger Food Drive: Tuesday is the last day to drop off items for our food drive! Please drop all items off at Michelle Fell's house, 168 Tollerton Avenue as soon as you can! 

Swim Banquet: Please RSVP now for our end-of-season banquet! We will be having dinner catered and need to have an accurate count by Wednesday, July 11! It has been an awesome season and we are looking forward to celebrating all of our swimmers on Monday, July 16th at 6 pm at Christ's Church on Greenland Road.
