Hi Dolphin Parents,

Attached is the heat sheet and entry list for our meet against Murabella Fighting Turtles tomorrow, Saturday, July 7 2018. Remember to print a copy out for your use at the meet on Saturday. Combined events are in red boxes on the heat sheet.

The meet will be held at the Murabella Amenity Center Clubhouse, 101 W. Positano Avenue, St. Augustine, FL 32092.

There will be parking available in the amenity center lot and along the street (one side only). There will be parking attendants and signs. Please do not park on the bridge, in the circle at the Amenity Center or at the mail kiosk. Also, please avoid the few spaces reserved for Murabella residents (adjacent to the playground). Parking is extremely limited at their pool and their neighborhood. If you can carpool with neighbors, you are encouraged to do that.

Please plan to arrive at the pool between 6:45 - 7:00 AM and check in. Our warm up time will be 7:20 - 7:50 AM and the meet is scheduled to begin at 8 AM. 

We are still in need of five (5) volunteers to work the ready bench tomorrow. Please contact Elissa Karl, [email protected], if you are willing to pitch in and help! We thank you for your willingness to help!

Our designated tent area is outside of the fenced area of the pool. Remind your swimmers to stop by the foot washing station as they enter the pool area to minimize the transfer of grass and dirt into the pool. Don't forget the sunscreen & bug spray! The field for tent city can be very buggy.

Please note, the playground is only available to residents not participating in the swim meet. Please keep your swimmers & siblings away from this area.

There will be a concession stand with coffee, drinks and snacks. They will have Chick-Fil-A biscuits, sandwiches and Tropical Smoothie smoothies for purchase as well. Cash only for concession stand.
