Hi Dolphin Parents,

Attached is the heat sheet and entry list for our meet against Julington Creek coming up this Saturday, June 30, 2018. Remember to print a copy out for your use at the meet on Saturday.

The meet will be held at the Julington Creek Aquatic Complex, 1140 Durbin Creek Blvd, St Johns, FL 32259. This is the older pool complex across from the golf club. There is ample parking, however should the paved lot fill up please DO NOT park on the grass.

Please plan to arrive at the pool between 6:45 - 7:00 AM and check in with our volunteers at the table next to the entrance gate. Our warm up time will be 7:20 - 7:50 AM and the meet is scheduled to begin at 8 AM. It will be a long and very hot meet so please remember to bring ample drinks and snacks, and don't forget the sunscreen!

Our designated team area on deck is the canopy area at the bottom of the ramp to the right as you enter the pool. You are also welcome to use any of the other grass and deck areas open and available. PCP is a very large team, as are we, and deck space is at a premium so I encourage you to buddy up with your friends and share tents to conserve space where possible.

Please note, the family pool, kid’s wading pool, and playground are only available to residents not participating in the swim meet. Please keep your swimmers & siblings away from these areas.

There will be a concession stand with coffee, drinks and snacks. The sno-cone truck will be there as well.
