Hi parents!

It's time for our first away meet of the season. We will be swimming at South Hampton against the South Hampton Hurricanes! 

The address for the pool is 140 South Hampton Club Way, St. Augustine, FL 32092.

Attached to this email you will find four documents:

• Heat Sheet - You will want to print a copy of this to bring with you to the meet. There may be changes before Saturday, but unless it impacts your swimmer, this version will work for you. If your swimmer is impacted by an event/heat change, you will hear from Meredith Connell or your coach.
• Entry List - Please review the entries for your swimmer(s) ASAP and reply to this email if there are any concerns, questions, or issues with them! Do not wait until Saturday morning!!! You might want to print the page with your swimmer(s) on it as this information makes marking your swimmers much easier. Should your swimmer have a last minute situation arise and not be able to make the meet, please text Meredith at 904-762-8339.
• Parking Map - South Hampton shares similar challenges as we do with parking so please take a moment to pay special attention to this map. They do reserve the parking lot for the away team, but it is small and fills quickly. DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS! 
• Concessions Menu - Don't forget to bring cash!

The timeline for the morning is:

Swimmer and Volunteer Check in: 6:45 to 7:00 am (The check in table will be located in the field near the clerk of course/ready bench tents.Please make sure you check your swimmer in upon arrival!)

Warm Ups: 7:20 to 7:50 am

Meet Starts: 8:00 am

Remember to wear your team shirts, suits and swim caps on Saturday morning to show your Dolphin spirit!
