Hi parents!

It's time for our second home meet of the season against the Heritage Landing Hammerheads! We had a phenomenal opening meet against Nocatee and we hope to keep the streak alive!

Attached to this email you will find three documents:

• Heat Sheet - You will want to print a copy of this to bring with you to the meet. There may be changes before Saturday, but unless it impacts your swimmer, this version will work for you. If your swimmer is impacted by an event/heat change, you will hear from Meredith Connell or your coach.
• Entry List - Please review the entries for your swimmer(s) ASAP and reply to this email if there are any concerns, questions, or issues with them! Do not wait until Saturday morning!!! You might want to print the page with your swimmer(s) on it as this information makes marking your swimmers much easier.
• Parking zones & deck map - As you know, parking is our biggest challenge at this meet. If you can, please drive your stuff up to the field and then return home to park your car and walk, bike or carpool back up to the pool. The fewer cars we can have at the pool the better. Remember if you have to park on the street, park parallel to the street, do not block driveways, crosswalks, roadways or fire hydrants. Please don't park on both sides of the street. Please DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS behind the sidewalks! This was a significant issue by the pond on Islebrook at our last meet and is a serious risk to the irrigation system. If this continues to be a problem it could jeopardize our ability to host home meets going forward.

The timeline for the morning is:

Swimmer and Volunteer Check in: 6:15 to 6:30 am

Durbin Crossing Warm Ups: 6:45 to 7:15 am

Heritage Landing Warm Ups: 7:15 to 7:45 am

Meet Starts: 8:00 am

If you need a refresher on items to bring, how to mark your swimmer, where to set up, or anything else first time meet related, please check out this overview that should answer many of your questions. We will also have a table in the second pavilion in the field with parents ready to answer questions and assist with marking swimmers.

Friday Night Meet Set Up Crew- If you are committed to assist with set up on Friday night, please meet at the pool around 8:30/9:00 pm tomorrow night. Look for a more specific email from me tomorrow with the time. Many hands make light work and with everyone there on time, we should be able to knock it out quickly.

Remember to wear your team shirts, suits and swim caps on Saturday morning to show your Dolphin spirit!
