Good Evening Dolphin Parents-

If you are receiving this email, you are registered as a volunteer for the meet this Saturday.  We are excited to get the meet season started!   You will receive further details in the coming days regarding this meet. This email serves as an early reminder that you are signed up to volunteer in case you need to make changes.  Every role is important and will need to be refilled if you find yourself unavailable.

If you are signed up for meet set up (Friday night), please check your email later in the week for the time.   We are at the mercy of the amenity center and the weather for set up time.  

I know some of the new swim parents may be apprehensive, since we were unable to hold the mock meet.  The board members will be available to answer any questions you may have at practice on Thursday.  If you and your spouse have both volunteered for the same shift, please make sure you have arranged with another adult to take care of any small children, as for most jobs you will not be able to volunteer and watch your child at the same time.  If you need to make changes in your shifts, please let me know.  

Additionally, if you are signed up in the role of "meet volunteer", clerk of course or parking attendant, please speak with a board member at Thursday practice for special instructions.

All volunteers should arrive at check in between 6:15 and 6:30 AM.  

Volunteers for meet clean up will check in with me during the free relays at the computer table.
